AC Milan’s Primavera Women seal first professional contracts
In a ceremony at AC Milan’s training centre, the club announced that four Primavera Women talents – defender Elisa Bonanomi, forwards Beatrice Lupatini and Paola Taddei, and midfielder Elena Vitale – have each signed their first professional contracts, marking a historic step for the young Rossonere squad.
The quartet are integral members of AC Milan’s Primavera Women squad, the club’s elite youth setup for female players. Their presence forms the core of the team’s development pipeline.
Their promotion to professional status reflects the pathway AC Milan has built for emerging talent. The club’s structured programme aims to transition promising players into senior football.
All four contributed significantly to the Primavera Women’s recent Scudetto triumph, delivering defensive solidity, attacking firepower and midfield control throughout the campaign. Their performances were cited as a key factor in securing the title.
AC Milan highlighted that the new contracts acknowledge the players’ dedication both on the training ground and in their personal development off the pitch. This dual recognition underscores the holistic approach the club applies to its youth.
By awarding their first professional contracts, AC Milan affirms the sporting qualities each player has demonstrated over recent seasons. The move signals confidence in their ability to compete at the senior level.
Finally, the agreements reinforce AC Milan’s broader commitment to nurturing homegrown talent within the women’s game. The club indicated that further investments in the Primavera structure will continue.
