Versatility praised as Saibari eyes Bayern move before Dutch clash
Ismael Saibari, the PSV forward linked with Bayern Munich, is being lauded by Morocco coach Mohamed Ouahbi as the team prepares for Tuesday’s World Cup clash with the Netherlands. The attacker has already found the net against Brazil, Scotland and Haiti, making him the only Moroccan scorer in every tournament match so far.
Saibari’s World Cup tally includes goals versus Brazil, Scotland and Haiti. Each strike has contributed to Morocco’s progress in the tournament.
Mohamed Ouahbi praised the forward, stating, “He is very versatile.” He added, “He is a player of very high level,” and highlighted Saibari’s ability to excel in any position on the pitch.
Knockout stage: Brazil vs Japan, Germany vs Paraguay, and Netherlands vs Morocco.
According to Ouahbi, Saibari can use both feet, combines strength with outstanding stamina, and knows how to beat defenders. He also possesses an excellent shot, making him a constant threat. The PSV attacker is reportedly on the verge of a move to Bayern Munich. Everything Saibari touches this season seems to turn to gold. Morocco will meet the Dutch national team on Tuesday night to fight for a place in the World Cup round of 16. Saibari is expected to start the match after being substituted against Haiti twenty minutes before full time.
