The Milan Derby between AC Milan and Inter will open the Serie A campaign on August 23, 2026. Juventus hosts Torino in Turin on August 30 for the Derby della Mole. Derby della Capitale dates pit AS Roma against SS Lazio on October 4, 2026 and April 11, 2027.
Napoli’s clash with SSC Bari on October 18, 2026, rounds out the high-profile derby fixtures. The reverse fixtures follow traditional mid-season scheduling, with Derby della Capitale returning on January 17, 2027 and February 28, 2027.
